HOLDEN PICTURE GALLERY

The classic FJ Holden. An Australian icon. Released in 1953 at a price of $2046. Engine was an inline OHV six cylinder, affectionately known as a "grey" because of the colour it was painted. Capacity was 132.5 cubic inches with a  power output was around 45kw!
The Commodore VT Coupe (Monaro?) stole the Sydney Motor show in 1998.

Where were you in '72? Peter Brock on his way to his first victory at Bathurst. Before his retirement from motor racing in 1997, Brock had a record nine wins at the Mount Panorama race circuit.  
This is a South African Chevrolet SS (ie HG Monaro. The owner bought new taillamps from Speeds and left us this photo as many people have never seen one.
One of the most powerful  car yet made by Holden the VT GTS sedan. Powered by an all alloy 300kw Callaway C4B Chev V8. All 300 have been pre-sold before they even hit the showroom floor.
This wagon is a custom built hybrid. It is what GMH may have built if they had built a Statesmanwagon.
It is currently being freshened up and when it hits the road again will have a L98 gen 3  6 litre motor with a 4l65 auto.
